We don’t do corporate fluff. We don’t do awkward, forced icebreakers. Instead, we take teams out of their comfort zones and into their element. By combining the high-stakes thrill of immersive escape rooms with raw wilderness survival skills and elite business coaching, we create a playground where team dynamics are tested, strengthened, and transformed in real time.

Our signature experience is meticulously designed around a three-tier framework:

The Pressure Test (The Escape Rooms): Teams face two distinct, immersive woodland escape games where success relies entirely on collective strategic thinking, speed, and communication.

The Grit (Survival Skills & Bushcraft): In between games, teams learn to master the elements, building fire and navigating the wilderness.

The Mirror (Coaching & DISC Profiling): Led by our expert coaching team, we use DISC behavioral profiling to decode exactly why teams reacted the way they did under pressure. We highlight blind spots, celebrate natural leadership, and give your people a shared language to take back to the office.
WHAT TO EXPECT!
As an outdoor experience, we are open to the elements. Unfortunately, the British Weather is not always kind, so be prepared to bring your rain macs and wellies. Although we take every care to make the site as safe and as practical as possible, it is an ancient woodland and therefore you will need to pay care and attention to what you are doing at all times.
